Every year a client’s CFO asks what the broker actually did.
Stewardship reports take about two weeks to assemble by hand, so only the biggest accounts ever see one — and most list activity: calls made, certificates issued. A record assembled from judgment demonstrates judgment.
Assembled from the year’s actual work.
The catches, fixes, answered deals, and claim outcomes accumulate in Qumis as the year runs — so the record is drawn from the work product itself, citations intact, instead of reconstructed from memory the week before the meeting.
Explained in the room’s language.
Findings stated as consequences a CFO recognizes — what would have happened, what changed, what it protected — with the clause-level evidence one click beneath the executive summary.
Published in your brand, on your domain.
A branded executive report and a living microsite the client can revisit — for the stewardship meeting, the EBR, the renewal-strategy session, and the five-day BOR answer that is already written.
“How cool would it be to throw in all the documents, what we did over the year in their program, the claim service — and make it interactive instead of a 20-page paper file they’re probably going to throw away.”

The newest of the six, launched the way the work deserves
The BOR answer, already written.
A BOR letter gives you five to ten business days to prove years of value. Found, fixed, defended — the record accumulates all year from the work itself, so the day the letter lands the proof is a link, not a two-week scramble.
Where it stands: the demand came from customers — an interactive client stewardship report is a logged priority at one of the country’s largest brokerages — and the first records are being built with design partners. Never sold as an installed base.
Every other job on the account year feeds this one.
The questions buyers ask first.
We already run general AI assistants. Why use Qumis for stewardship?
Keep them — our largest customers run both. A general assistant can format a report if someone hands it everything. The Qumis record is assembled from the year’s cited work — the comparisons, the tower review, the claim positions — so the evidence is already there and already checked.
We already do stewardship reports.
On the accounts that can fund two weeks of prep — and most reports prove activity, not judgment. The Qumis record covers the accounts below that line, and shows what was found, fixed, and defended rather than what was done.
Is this installed and turnkey today?
No, and we won’t pretend otherwise. It is the newest of the six: the first records are being built with design partners on real accounts, and that is how we sell it — we build the first one with you.
What happens when a BOR letter lands?
You have five to ten business days to prove years of value. If the record has been accumulating from the work all year, the answer is already written — a link to the client’s own microsite, with the evidence one click down.
Underneath the six is Coverage Intelligence — the system of judgment Qumis is building for commercial insurance, where every reviewed decision makes the next one better.
